Purchase & Warranty Policy
✅ Replacement & Warranty Terms:
The device can be replaced with the same model or another model if any manufacturing defects or issues appear on the motherboard within 14 days from the purchase date, provided it is returned in the same condition with all accessories.
A 3-month free warranty is offered.
ZoneTech provides a 3-month free warranty for any technical issues or manufacturing defects appearing on the device after the replacement period.
The free warranty covers only the motherboard, and does not cover components like (battery – hard drive – keyboard – mouse – power cable – charger – screen, etc.).
❌ Warranty Void Cases:
Loss of the original invoice or warranty certificate.
Removal or damage to the warranty sticker on the device.
Physical cracks, scratches, or burns on the device.
Exposure of the device to strong physical impacts.
Use of a non-original charger.
Exposure of the device to liquids, high humidity, or extreme temperatures.
📌 Notes:
The warranty covers the device hardware only, and does not include the operating system, software, or system-related issues.
The free warranty covers only the motherboard, and does not include components like (battery – hard drive – keyboard – mouse – power cable – charger – screen, etc.).
If the customer requests a refund for a device without any manufacturing defects or issues appeared on the motherboard , a 20% deduction from the device price applies.
Delivery and shipping are independent services, and the customer bears the cost if requesting pickup for purchase, replacement, or warranty.
You cannot return or exchange through the delivery person, but you can send the device to the nearest branch, and we’ll return it to you after replacement or service.
